Open a file or folder with a single click in windows 8

By default,you need to double click on a file or folder to open it Microsoft Windows OS.But by using a simple tweak you can open them with a single click. Just follow the procedure stated below to do the same.

Steps to be followed

1.Open Windows explorer and go to  View>Option

2.Now under the General tab,you will see "single click to open an item" as an option, just select that option and click ok.

Now,you should be able to open file or folder with a single click
